What to Expect?
If your heater is installed at a distance of up to 20 feet away from the faucet, it will take less than a minute for the hot water to come. Respectively, if it is over that distance, the hot water may need a minute to go but not longer than that. Of course, we cannot expect to have instant hot water the very second we turn on the faucet, as hot water is not stored, but it is made on-demand.
Keep in mind that this water heater needs to be plugged into an outlet to work. This means that whenever the power is out, you cannot use the unit.
